As our Scrum Master, you will be the engine of predictable, high-quality delivery across our core SPEED platforms.

Acting as a servant leader, process enabler, and execution driver, you will help cross-functional teams operate with clarity, speed, and accountability — turning an ambitious product roadmap into shipped, reliable outcomes that reach children and educators every day.

You will own agile execution across three flagship products:

• SPEED LDS 3.0 (core platform)
• SPEED CMS 2.0 (content & school systems)
• SpEdPLAY 2.0 (gamified learning)

with real room to shape how a scaling, multi-squad organization delivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile facilitation: Run all Scrum ceremonies and champion Agile best practices to continuously raise the team's delivery maturity.
• Sprint delivery: Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and on-time, high-quality delivery of committed work.
• Cross-functional alignment: Keep Product, Engineering, Design, and QA aligned across all product streams (LDS, CMS, SpEdPLAY).
• Impediment resolution: Proactively remove blockers, mitigate delivery risks, and escalate critical issues to keep teams moving.
• Metrics & insights: Track Agile metrics and turn them into actionable insights and leadership-ready dashboards.
• Stakeholder communication: Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, and timelines, including institutional and government deployments.
• Process & scale: Standardize delivery workflows and enable scaling from single team to multi-squad execution.

• Sprint predictability — planned vs. delivered work (%).
• Measurable improvement in team velocity over time.
• Reduction in delivery delays and sprint spillovers.
• Cycle-time reduction across the delivery pipeline.
• Fewer unresolved blockers and faster impediment resolution.
• High stakeholder satisfaction (product & engineering teams).
• Consistent release quality and stability across product streams.

Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have

• 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager.
• Certified Scrum Master — CSM or PSM (preferred).
• Hands-on experience working with product and engineering teams in SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong command of Agile and Scrum frameworks and delivery tooling.

Preferred / Bonus

• Experience managing multi-team or multi-product environments.
• Exposure to EdTech or high-growth startups.
• Familiarity with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

A relevant Agile/Scrum certification (CSM / PSM) is strongly preferred.
